Shipping policy
Where We Ship We ship worldwide, including all EU member states and the United States.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- EU countries: 3–5 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience.
